急诊科实施5S管理的效果观察

摘要 目的研究在急诊科实施5S管理模式的效果。方法我院急诊科于2015年12月至2016年5月实施一般护理管理模式,随机选取此阶段内急诊接收患者47例为常规组;于2016年6月至2017年2月科室实施5S管理模式,随机选取此阶段内急诊接收患者47例为观察组。比较两组患者科室管理质量评分和满意度评价。结果常规组患者对科室提供的急救流程、病区管理、药品管理、抢救护理记录等指标评分均低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度(95.74%)明显高于常规组(85.11%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科室应用5S管理模式,可有效提高科室护理质量,患者主诉对管理模式感到满意。 Objective To study the effect of 5S management model in emergency department. Methods The general nursing management model was implemented in the emergency department in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2016, the 47 cases of emergency patients were randomly selected as the conventional group during this period; and the 5S management mode was implemented in the department from June 2016 to February 2017, 47 cases of emergency patients were randomly selected as the observation group during this period. The department management quality scores and satisfaction evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the observation gruop, the patients in the conventional group had lower scores in the emergency procedures, ward management, drug management, rescue and nursing records(P〈0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74%, which was significantly higher than 85.11% of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of 5S management mode in emergency department can effectively improve the nursing quality of department, and the patient complained of the satisfaction about management mode.
