左旋氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect observation of levamlodipine combined with telmisartan on senile hypertension

目的研究左旋氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2016年2月至2017年2月我院收治的老年高血压患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。其中,对照组患者单一使用左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组患者采用替米沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗。比较两组老年高血压患者治疗前、后的血压水平、心室重量和左心室质量指数以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者的白天舒张压、白天收缩压、夜间舒张压及夜间收缩压明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前、后的心室重量和左心室质量指数组内、组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在老年高血压患者的治疗中,使用左旋氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗,安全有效,可将患者的血压水平控制在理想范围内,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To study the efficacy of levamlodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods Ninety-six cases of senile hypertension patients admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with levamlodipine alone, and the observation group was treated with levamlodipine combined with telmisartan. The blood pressure level, ventricular weight, left ventricular mass index before and after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the daytime diastolic pressure, daytime systolic pressure, nighttime diastolic pressure and nighttime systolic pressure significantly decreased in the both groups（P〈0.05）, and the blood pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the ventricular weight and left ventricular mass index before and after treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）. There was also no significant difference in the overall incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The use of levamlodipine combined with telmisartan in the treatment of senile hypertensive patients is safe and effective, and the blood pressure level of the patients can be controlled within the ideal range, which has high clinical value.
