口腔修复中正畸治疗的临床应用效果观察

目的分析口腔修复中正畸治疗的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的104例口腔修复患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(52例)与对照组(52例)。对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者给予正畸治疗,对比两组口腔修复患者的临床治疗总有效率与不良反应总发生率。结果与对照组比较,研究组52例口腔修复患者的治疗总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组患者的不良反应总发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复中正畸治疗的临床应用效果十分显著,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment in oral cavity repair. Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with oral cavity repair admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into study group（52 cases） and control group（52 cases） according to different treatment methods. The control group was given routine treatment, and the study group was treated with orthodontic treatment. The total effective rate and total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）; the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the dif ferences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment has very significant clinical effect in oral cavity repair, which has fewer adverse reactions, with high safety, which is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
