小儿支原体肺炎联合应用阿奇霉素与盐酸氨溴索治疗的疗效分析

Curative analysis of azithromycin combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨小儿支原体肺炎应用阿奇霉素联合盐酸氨溴索治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院儿科2014年11月至2016年11月收治的100例支原体肺炎患儿,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予糜蛋白酶、利巴韦林、静脉输入红霉素、雾化吸入地塞米松止咳化痰,观察组在对照组的基础上静脉输入阿奇霉素与盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的78.00%(39/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支原体肺炎应用阿奇霉素联合盐酸氨溴索治疗的临床疗效显著,可使患儿尽快退热、减轻咳嗽症状,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of azithromycin combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given chymotrypsin, ribavirin, intravenous infusion of erythromycin and inhaled dexamethasone to relieve cough and eliminate phlegm. The observation group was treated with intravenous azithromycin and ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96.00%（48/50） in the observation group, which was higher than 78.00%（39/50） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The time of fever remission,cough remission and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The azithromycin combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children has significant effect, can reduce fever and cough symptoms of children, shorten the length of stay, which can be widely used in clinic.
