护理风险管理在急诊危重患者转运中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing risk management in the transport of emergency critical patients

目的探讨护理风险管理在急诊科危重患者转运途中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2015年12月急诊科接收的104例危重症患者按照传统护理方法进行转运、急救,纳入对照组;选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的105例危重症患者在转运前查找运送途中存在的安全隐患,采取护理风险管理措施,纳入观察组。比较两组患者运送途中不良事件发生率、接收科室及患者满意度。结果观察组患者转运途中不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者接受科室满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者及家属满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为急诊危重患者在转运途中提供护理风险管理,可有效降低转运过程中的风险因素,确保患者生命安全,同时提高相应接收科室及患者家属的满意度,提高院内转运质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in the transport of emergency critical patients. Methods A total of 104 cases of emergency critical patients admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the control group, and all the patients were transferred and given emergency treatments according to conventional nursing methods. Another 105 cases of emergency critical patients admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group, all the patients received nursing risk management,according to the security risks before the transports. The incidence of adverse events in the transport of patients, satisfaction of corresponding receiving departments and patients were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the corresponding receiving departments in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of patients and their families of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management used in transport of the emergency critical patients can reduce the risk factors in the transport, it can ensure the safety of the patients, improve the satisfaction of the corresponding receiving departments and the patients and families, promote the quality of transport in the hospital.
