高血压合并冠心病患者的护理效果及治疗依从性的评价

Nursing effect evaluation and treatment obedience in patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease

目的探讨护理干预对高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果及治疗依从性的影响。方法选择我院2013年3月至2016年3月收治的200例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。对照组在治疗基础上给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上增加护理干预,比较两组治疗效果及依从性。结果护理后,两组收缩压和舒张压均降低,且研究组血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组服药依从性(78.00%)、运动康复依从性(88.00%)和生活方式改善的依从性(67.00%)均明显高于对照组(36.00%、34.00%、28.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对高血压合并冠心病患者实施护理干预能有效改善患者血压水平,患者依从性高,治疗效果确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and treatment obedience of nursing intervention in patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods From March 2013 to March 2016, 200 cases of patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing on the basis of treatment, and the research group was added nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, the treatment effect and obedience between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the blood pressure levels in the research group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; the obedience rates of medication（78.00%）, exercise rehabilitation（88.00%） and life improvement（67.00%） in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group（36.00%, 34.00% and 28.00%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention for patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease could effectively improve the patients＇ blood pressure levels, increase the patients＇ obedience, and improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
