摘要
基于生涯构建理论,本研究探讨生涯适应力如何通过学习意向的中介作用和性别的调节作用来影响MBA学生的职业成功。结果表明:(1)生涯适应力对职业成功、学习意向,以及学习意向对职业成功均具有正向预测作用;(2)学习意向部分中介了生涯适应力和职业成功的关系;(3)生涯适应力对学习意向的正向关系,以及学习意向的中介效应在男性MBA学生群体表现出比女性学生群体更强的水平。学习意向是生涯适应力影响职业成功的中介机制,性别是其边界条件。
This study aimed at exploring the mechanism of lenming and gender difference underlying the oelntiinship be-tween career adaptability and career success. A valid sample of 165 MBA students was recruited to make a modera-ted medintiin nnnlysis using Mplus. ( 1) Career adaptability was found to have positive correlations with career suc-cess and learning orientation,and learning orientation also correlated positively with career success. (2) Learning orientation partially mediated the influence of career adaptability on career success. (3) Cender moderated the in-direct effect of career adaptability on career success via learning orientation, and also acted as a moderator in the path from career adaptability to learning orientation. Cender difference served as a theoretical boundary about the in-tervening mechanism of learning orientation underlying the effects of career adaptability.
