摘要
通过分析天然气净化装置中水样和固体样品开展模拟实验,研究了醇胺脱硫溶液中铁离子的来源及其影响。研究结果表明,醇胺脱硫溶液中铁离子含量增大,是因为装置中产生了较多的碳酸亚铁、乙酸亚铁等溶解度较高的腐蚀产物;脱硫溶液中铁离子含量增大后,会与硫化氢反应生成硫化亚铁沉淀,硫化亚铁沉淀不断积累,堵塞部分塔盘和富液过滤器,继而导致装置出现拦液问题。
The source and influence of iron ion in alkanolamine desulfurization solution were studied by analyzing the sample and carrying out the simulation experiment.The results showed that the increase of iron ion content in alkanolamine desulfurization solution was due to the formation of corrosion products,such as ferrous carbonate and ferrous acetate,which had high solubility;while the iron ion content in the desulfurization solution increased,the iron ion will react with the hydrogen sulfide to generate ferrous sulfide precipitation,and the ferrous sulfide precipitation will accumulate continuously and block the tray and rich liquid filter,ultimately lead to unit liquid flooding.
