天然气总硫含量测定方法国际标准进展 被引量:17

摘要 天然气总硫含量关系到管道安全,环保排放,世界各国和组织均对总硫指标提出了较为严格的规定,并作为衡量天然气品质的一项重要控制指标。总硫含量的检查技术和标准也越来越引起国际上的关注和重视。自2011年开始,依托中国石油西南油气田公司含硫气田开发过程总硫测定经验和技术沉淀,着手通过国内天然气总硫测定方法标准的进步大力推动国际标准的发展,为建立总硫测定国际标准体系,陆续开展了"氧化微库仑法测定总硫""紫外荧光法测定总硫"和"色谱法测定总硫"的国际标准研究。目前,库仑法和紫外荧光法两项国际标准制定工作已经完成。重点对两项国际标准制定过程的主要工作量和关键技术点进行了归纳和总结,同时给出了利用色谱法测定总硫方法制定国际标准的可行性,提出了下一步将色谱法测定总硫写入国际标准的建议。 As the total sulfur content in natural gas has a bearing on the pipeline safety and environmental emissions,various countries and organizations have established strict specifications on the total sulfur content indexes and have used these specified indexes as the important controlling indexes for evaluating the quality of the natural gas.The total-sulfur-content measurement techniques and standards have attracted growing worldwide concern and attention.Since 2011,on the strength of the experience and accumulated technology essences obtained during the sulfur-contained gas field exploitation of PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company(SWOG),agreat effort has been devoted to promoting the development of the international standards based on the upgraded domestic total sulfur content determination method.Additionally,the study on the international standards for the total sulfur content determination with the"oxidative microcoulometry method",the"ultraviolet fluorescence method"and the "gas chromatographic method"has been conducted consecutively to establish the international standard system for the determination.Currently,the international standards of the"oxidative microcoulometry method"and the"ultraviolet fluorescence method"have been established.In this paper,the main contents are about the summaries of the main workload and key technical points for the establishment processes of these two international standards.Besides that,the feasibility of using the"gas chromatographic method"to determine the total sulfur content for establish the relevant international standard is presented,and the proposal about including the"gas chromatographic method"into the international standard for the further steps is put forward.
