配料生产控制及仓储管理系统设计

Design of the Ingredients Production Control and Warehouse Management System

针对某粘胶生产企业在生产过程中存在的原材料管理和配料控制问题,在综合条码、组态王、PLC与触摸屏技术特点的基础上,设计了基于条码技术的配料生产控制及仓储管理系统。通过入库管理、出库管理、报表生成管理等功能模块,实现了仓库综合管理;采用条码技术自动选择最优先使用的物料,实现了加料作业管理的信息存储,使每种物料从采购原料到使用消耗的全过程可追溯。该系统不仅实现了加料过程的自动控制,而且能同步更新原料的使用情况。这对企业提高仓储管理的质量和效率,降低企业库存成本,实现配料的精确控制,提升企业市场竞争力,都具有较深远的意义。试验表明,该系统操作灵活,工作可靠,能达到工艺要求,具有较好的应用前景。

In view of the problems existing in the management of raw materials and ingredients control in certain viscose production enterprise, and based on the characteristics of the integrated technique including bar code, Kingview, PLC and touch screen, an ingredients control and warehouse management system based on bar code technology is designed. Through the warehousing management, report generation management and other functional modules, the integrated management of the warehouse is achieved. By adopting the bar code technology, the most preferred used materials are selected automatically, the information storage of the feeding job management is achieved, and the whole process of each material from purcasing raw material to being consumed can be traced. The automatic control of the feeding process in the production is realized by the system, and the usage of raw materials can also be updated synchronously. This is meaningful for enterprises to improve the quality and efficiency of warehousing management, reduce the cost of inventory and achieve precise control of ingredients to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Test results show that this system is reliable and flexible in operation and meet the process requirements, which has a good applicable prospect.
