Ets转录因子家族成员在乳腺癌中的作用研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 Ets转录因子（E26 transformation specific,Ets）家族是人体内转录调控因子家族之一.迄今为止,总共有28个人类Ets基因被报道,它们在人体的不同组织中表达,参与生长、分化、增殖和凋亡等一系列生物学过程.它们的共同特点是有一个独特的高度保守的Ets结构域,由85个氨基酸组成,呈翼状螺旋-转角-螺旋结构.
