中医辨证治疗肺结节1例报告 被引量：17

摘要 目前孤立性肺结节（Solitary Pulmonary Nodule,SPN）公认的定义为单一的、边界清楚的、影像不透明的、直径小于或等于30mm、周围完全由含气肺组织所包绕的病变,没有肺不张、肺门增大或胸腔积液表现的肺部结节[1-2]。肺部结节的诊治一直是临床上的难点、讨论的热点,其病因复杂,临床表现缺乏特异性,诊断有一定的难度,易误诊和漏诊。肺部结节的大小对其性质的判断有很重要的意义,
