摘要 基于煤炭资源开采对区域社会经济和自然条件的作用双面性,分析煤炭开采条件下长河流域资源利用的特征并优化资源开发的进度和范围。采用现场调查、GIS空间分析与系统综合分析方法,对长河流域建设用地、耕地、水资源利用特征进行分析,并情景模拟不同程度煤矿开采规模引起的水土资源变化情况,结果显示:资源开采对建设用地的布局有聚集效应,对耕地破坏是短期可修复的,对浅层地下水的破坏短期内不可逆。同时,情景分析表明保护开采模式下的资源利用方式可以实现系统最优化,执行过程中需要把握好资源开发的进度和范围。 Based on the dual influence of the coal resource exploitation on the regional social, economic and natural conditions, in this paper, the resource utilization features under coal mining condition in Changhe basin was analyzed, and the progress and scope of resource exploitation were optimized. The utilization features of the construction land, cultivated land and water resource were analyzed by field investigations, GIS spacial analysis and integrated system analysis, and the change of water and land resources induced by coal mining scale in different degrees was simulated. The analysis results indicated that the resource exploitation had agglomeration effect on the layout of construction land, the destruction of the cultivated land could be restored in a short period and the destruction of shallow groundwater was irreversible in a short time. At the same time, the situational analysis showed that the resource utilization could be optimized by the protected mining mode, and the progress and scope of resource exploitation should be well grasped in the process of implementation.
