住校与非住校中学生意外伤害与紧急处理认知情况调查

Unintentional injury and related cognizance in resident and non-resident middle-school students

[目的]了解住校与非住校中学生意外伤害的发生现状,调查预防措施与紧急处理认知情况。[方法]整群分层抽样法抽取南京市2所中学的初一至高三年级学生共640名,以不记名方式进行最近一年内意外伤害发生情况的问卷调查。[结果]住校中学生的意外伤害发生率为30.33%,而非住校中学生为20.22%;住校中学生意外伤害原因以运动和劳动致伤最常见,非住校生则运动、交通工具致伤最多发;住校生受伤地点主要为校内、家中和游艺娱乐场所,而非住校生除了学校和家中,道路上受伤较多。急救措施的知晓率低于50%。[结论]应针对住校和非住校中学生的意外伤害不同特点,进行相应的健康教育干预,强化校园安全管理。

Objective:To understand the status quo of unintentional injury and investigated the prevention measures and cognizance of emergency management in resident and nonresident middle school students.Methods:A total of 640 middle school students from 2 middle schools in Nanjing city were selected by cluster stratified sampling method to finish the questionnaires about the occurrence and cognizance of unintentional injury in the anonymous form.Results:The incidence of unintentional injury for resident students was 30.33%,compared with20.22%for non-resident students.The most common unintentional injury for resident students were sports and labor injuries,and sports and transportation for non-resident students.Resident students injured mainly on campus,home and entertainment area,while non-resident students on the road beside in the campus and home.The awareness rate of emergency measures was less than 50%.Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out the corresponding health education intervention and strengthen campus safety management for the different characteristics of unintentional injury of resident students and non-resident students.
