This paper introduced the yarn forming characteristics of digital rotor spun fancy yarn, and briefly described the color principle of cotton yarn, compared the color and structrual differences in the production of paragraph color yarn, slub yarn, gradient yarn, double changed yarn and color point yarn, explored knitted fabrics style made by these yarns, including fabric feel and visual style. Digital rotor spinning fancy yarn as an original technology, it has subtle and natural color, with a strong sense of hazy, meets the personalized, diversified, fashionable clothing consumption concept of consumers, with broad prospects for development.
