文章以圆形双层袖级模板设计为例,在分析其传统制作方法的基础上,探究了服装工艺模板的开发和应用。服装缝制工艺模板技术在企业中的应用日趋广泛,有效地降低了生产难度,提高了生产效率,是优化服装生产流程的一项重要技术革新。在全球智能自动化需求不断提升的大环境下,服装企业需要结合新型技术,研发并优化服装工艺模板以改善生产工艺,提高竞争力。

This paper used round double layers7 cuff process template as an example, explored de-velopment and application of garment process template based on analyzing its traditional manufacture method. Garment process template technology was widely used in the enterprises, the difficulty of production was effectively reduced, and the production efficiency was improved. It was an important technological innovation in the garment production process. Under the circumstances of global rising demand for intelligent automation, clothing enterprises should combine the new technology, develop and optimize clothing process templates to improve production technology and competitiveness.
