Management and Control Techniques for Remote Sensing Satellite On-orbit Test Mission

针对在轨测试任务特殊要求,通过分析当前卫星在轨测试期间面临的问题,提出了地面任务控制系统在轨测试能力支持必要性,设计了在轨测试任务生成、在轨测试项目管理等卫星在轨测试专项能力,对现有常规任务管控流程进行改进,在流程各环节灵活适应在轨测试任务特殊控制要求,通过多种解决措施,使在轨测试项目能够顺利有效执行,缩短在轨测试周期。

Considering the special requirement of satellite on-orbit test mission,through the analysis of the problems faced duringon-orbit test for satellite,the necessity of satellite on-orbit test mission management and control is presented. The special system abilities of satellite on-orbit test mission generating,on-orbit test project management and so on are designed. The process of conventional mission management and control is improved for on-orbit test mission through improving each process node to support special requirement of on-orbit test mission management and control. By several solutions,on-orbit test projects can be performed smoothly,and the period during satellite on-orbit test is shortened.
