摘要
教育科学研究能促进教育理论和教育实践的发展,是实现教师专业化发展的重要途径。通过问卷形式对湖南省高职和中小学老师的教育科学研究现状进行了调查,发现高职和中小学教师的教育科学研究在科研认识、科研环境、功利取向和科研自主性等方面存在一定问题。亟需提升教师的科研认识,加强理论与方法学习;营造良好的教育科学研究氛围;完善评价和激励机制,优化教育科研生态环境等。
Educational Scientific Research can Promote the Development of Education Theory and Educational Practice, Which Is an Important Way to Realize the Professional Development of Teachers.In This Paper, the Educational Scientific Research Status of Higher Vocational and Middle School Teachers in Hunan Province was Investigated by Questionnaire Survey.The Investigation Shows that Respondents Have Some Problems In Scientific Research, Research Environment, Utilitarianism and Research Autonomy.Based On This, the Author Points Out Improving Scientific Research Cognition of Teachers, Strengthening Theory and Method Learning; Creating a Good Atmosphere of Educational Scientific Research;Completing the Evaluation and Incentive Mechanism, Optimizing the Educational Research Ecological Environment and Other Measures.
