摘要 高职"双一流"院校建设重在专业群建设。专业群动态调整可使人才培养能不断适应产业发展和技术进步,可有效促进校企深度融合与协同创新,进而进一步提升高职专业群服务产业发展能力,形成专业群品牌效应。建立高职专业群动态调整机制应坚持以下理念:努力突出学校特色;不断深化产教融合,建立以专业群协作组织为重点的合作模式,如政行企校合作模式等;要准确及时预测专业群人才需求;在资源建设中应形成校企、校校、专业群间以及专业群内各专业的共享模式。"双一流"背景下高职专业群动态调整机制建设应以运行机制和保障机制为基本构架。 The construction of "Double First-Class" focuses on disciplines for universities while centers on specialty groups for higher vocational colleges. The dynamic adjustment of specialty groups can make talents cultivation constantly adapt to industry development and technology progress, effectively promote school - enterprise integration and collaborative innovation, thus further enhance the service industry development ability of higher vocational specialty groups to form brand effect of specialty groups. The following ideas should be adhered to when constructing the dynamic adjustment mechanism: make efforts to highlight school characteristics; deepen industry-education integration constantly, and establish the cooperation mode with emphasis on specialty groups cooperative organization, like Government -Industry -Enterprise -School Cooperation Mode; the talent demand should be predicted accurately and timely; shared mode should be formed among colleges, enterprise, specialty groups and majors. The Operating and safeguarding mechanisms should be regarded as the basic framework constructing the dynamic adjustment mechanism of higher vocational specialty groups under the background of H Double First-Class" construction.
