大学是市场的主体——从创业型大学建设的观念转变说起 被引量:1

摘要 创业型大学本土化的实践至今没有取得预期进展,根本原因在于大学在市场中的主体地位没有确立。推进中国的创业型大学建设,需要在观念上实现"三个破除,三个树立":破除大学从属政府的观念,树立大学属于市场主体的观念;破除学历等于出身的观念,树立基于知识本身而学的观念;破除教师"以论文论英雄"的观念,树立实践检验学术业绩的观念。达此目标,中国不仅能够涌现出成功的创业型大学,而且能够在不同层次、不同领域办出特色,争创一流。 The practice of entrepreneurial university localization has not made expected results yet, and the fundamental reason is that the main status in the market universities should own has not been established. To promote the construction of Chinese entrepreneurial university, we should achieve "three-abolishment and three- establishment" in the concept: getting rid of the concept that university is attached to the government while establishing the concept that universities are the main body of the market, and abolishing the concept that educational background decides the future and meanwhile setting up the concept that learning is based on the knowledge itself, and getting rid of teacher "paper heroM concept and setting up the concept that academic performance should be judged by practice. If we achieve these goals, not only can lots of successful entrepreneurial universities emerge in China, but also they can have their own characteristics at different levels in different areas until becoming the top-ranking universities.
