以工匠精神培育提升中职学生就业创业能力的探究

职业素养是现代企业人才录用的主要标准,工匠精神则是职业素养的重要内容,是从业者职业素养的最高境界。加强学生工匠精神的培育,对提升学生就业创业能力,促进学生充分就业意义重大。目前,中职毕业生一次性就业率很高,而就业稳定率却很低,主要是缺乏对学生工匠精神的培育,导致学生的职业素养不高、就业能力不强。提升中职学生就业创业能力,可以从三方面入手,一是落实专业课程教学目标,提升学生职业素养;二是加强公共基础课程教学,提升学生人文素养;三是以工匠精神培育为重点,提升学校文化软实力。

It is very important to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ artisan spirit and to promote the employment ability of students and promote the full employment of students. At present, the employment rate of graduates is very high, and the employment stability rate is very low, mainly the lack of the spirit of the cultivation of student craftsmen, leading to the professional quality of students is not high, the employment capacity is not strong. On the basis of deeply analyzing the influence of the lack of spirit of artisan on the employment ability of the students, it is pointed out that the vocational college students ＇ employment and entrepreneurship ability can be improved from three aspects, namely, the implementation of the goal of professional curriculum teaching, the promotion of students＇ professional accomplishment, the strengthening of public basic curriculum teaching, Students cultural literacy; to cultivate the spirit of artisans to focus on improving the school culture soft power.
