影响临床检验质量的主要因素及方法研究

Study on the Main Factors and Methods of Influencing the Quality of Clinical Examination

目的研究影响临床检验质量的主要因素,提出解决方法。方法随机抽取2016年1月—2017年1月该院临床检验520例患者作为研究对象,统计检验质量问题的发生例数,分析影响检验质量的因素。结果 520例患者临床检验共进行862次,其中98例患者的检验质量受到了影响,占18.8%。98例患者临床质量检验受到影响的因素分别是患者因素、实验室因素。结论临床检验质量受到患者因素和实验室因素的影响,针对影响因素,提出严格管理,规范质控,检验操作规范,选择科学检验方法,从而减少影响临床检验质量的因素,提高检验结果的准确性,为临床诊断提供具有价值的依据。

Objective This paper tries to study the main factors affecting the quality of clinical inspection and to proposesome solutions. Methods 520 cases underwent clinical inspection in this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 wererandomly selected and the number of quality issues was statistically concluded, the factors influencing the quality of testingwere analyzed. Results A total of 862 times of test was conducted among the 520 patients; the testing quality of 98 patientswas affected, accounting for 18.8% and the main influential factors were patients＇ factors, laboratory factors. ConclusionThe clinical laboratory quality is affected by the patients＇ factors and the laboratory factors. Strict management, standardizedquality control, regular testing practices, scientific testing methods were put forward based on these influential factors, therebyreducing the factors influencing quality of clinical laboratory, improving the accuracy of test results, providing a valuablebasis for clinical diagnosis.
