药剂科管理对促进医院抗菌药物合理应用的效果影响探讨

Effect of Pharmacy Management on Promoting Rational Use of Antibacterial in Hospital

目的探究药剂科管理对促进医院抗菌药物合理应用的效果影响。方法将2015年1月—2016年12月该院药剂科的工作情况纳入此次研究,药剂科于2016年1月起,加强管理,对比这一措施实施前后该院抗菌药物应用情况。结果在抗菌药物使用率、用药问题发生率、药物处方金额等指标上,观察阶段数值均小于对照阶段,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强药剂科管理,对于促进医院抗菌药物的合理应用具有积极意义,值得采纳应用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of pharmacy management on promoting rational use of antibacterialin the hospital. Methods The work of the pharmacy in this hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 was includedin this study, and the pharmacy has begun to strengthen management since January 2016. The application of antibacterialin this hospital before and after the implementation of this measure was compared. Results In the use rate of antibiotics,the incidence of drug use problems, the amount of prescription drugs, the values in the observation stage were lessthan those in the control phase, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionStrengthening the management of pharmacy is of positive significance to promote the rational use of antibacterial inhospital and is worthy of application.
