2016年北京市密云区农村生活垃圾现状分析

Current Situation of Rural Living Waste in Beijing Miyun District in 2016

目的了解2016年北京市密云区农村生活垃圾收集及处理情况,并与2011年进行对比分析。方法采取分层随机抽样,在北京市密云区抽取5个镇20个村100户家庭,采用全国统一的"农村环境卫生监测"调查问卷进行现场调查。结果 2016年与2011年相比,农村家庭收入均以外出务工为主,分别占60.0%、52.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家庭人均收入呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);生活垃圾收集的主要方式为统一收集,分别占95.0%、85.0%;处理方式主要为填埋处理,分别占75.0%、85.0%。平原与山区的生活垃圾的处理方式相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。农村生活垃圾统一收集的比例,2016年高于2011年(OR=0.021),收入等级高的高于低的(OR=0.366)。结论密云区农村生活垃圾的收集和处理,2016年较2011年有了较大改善,应关注生活垃圾的分类管理和处理方式的多元化。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the collection and treatment of rural household garbage in Miyun districtin Beijing in2016 and then to compare with that in 2011. Methods Stratified random sampling was carried out in Miyundistrict of Beijing, and the survey was conducted in 100 families of 20 villages in 5 towns, and the national unified rural environmentalsanitation monitoring questionnaire was conducted. Results Compared with 2011, in 2016, rural household incomewas mainly from migrant work, accounting for 60.0% and 52.0%,and the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The per capita income of the family showed an upward trend.the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; themain way of garbage collection was unified collection, accounting for 95.0% and 85.0%. The treatment method was mainlylandfill disposal, accounting for 75.0% and 85.0%. Compared with the waste disposal method between the plain and mountainarea, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The proportion of rural household garbage collection in 2016was higher than that in 2011 （OR =0.021）, and the high income level was higher than the low income level （OR =0.366）.Conclusion The collection and treatment of rural living waste in Miyun district has improved greatly in 2016 compared withthat in 2011, and the diversification of the classification and management and treatment methods of life garbage should bepaid attention to.
