该研究通过分析医院人事档案管理所遇到的问题,加强并完善相关电子归档制度、网络化建设及信息系统的建立方法,并总结医院人事档案信息化管理的实施方法与过程等,总结该院利用信息化技术对医院人事档案进行管理的经验,从而为医院人事档案的信息化管理提供指导性建议。

This study tries to analyze the personnel file management in the hospital and to improve the relevant electronic filing system, network construction and information system establishment, and to sum up the hospital personnel file information management methods and processes, etc., and to conclude the experience of information technology staff file management, so as to provide guidance for the hospital personnel file information management.
