摘要
目的研究分析人性化管理理念在内科护理管理中的临床效果。方法选取2014年12月—2017年1月期间在薛城区中医院接受治疗的120例内科患者作为研究对象。2组患者均有护理人员30名,以护理方式为依据,将患者分成对照组与观察组,每组60例。其中,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予人性化护理管理。结果观察组患者总满意度为95.0%,明显高于对照组患者的76.7%,另外,观察组护理人员工作质量评分明显高于对照组护理人员评分。结论将人性化管理理念应用于内科护理管理中可以有效提高患者满意度,及护理人员工作质量,值得临床推广。
Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of humanized management concept in nursing managementof internal medicine. M ethods 120 patients with internal medicine treated in Xuecheny District Hospital from December2014 to January 2017 were selected as subjects, with 30 nursing staff in the two groups, and the patients were divided intothe control group and the observation group by different nursing methods, with 60 cases in each group. Among them, thecontrol group was given routine nursing management; the observation group was given humanistic care management. ResultsThe total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control groupof 76.7%. In addition, the quality of the nursing staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlgroup. Conclusion The application of humanized management concept in medical nursing management can effectively improvepatients5 satisfaction, and the quality of nursing staff, therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
