摘要
针对方案属性值为区间直觉模糊数,且属性权重信息完全未知的多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于信息熵的区间直觉模糊熵和灰色关联分析的决策方法。为全面考虑各评价属性权重信息完全未知的情形,首先,利用改进的区间直觉模糊熵确定属性权重,在有效减少评估信息流失的同时,还能真实反映决策者的意愿;然后,依据灰色关联分析理论推演得到灰色关联度公式,结合属性权重计算各方案分别与正、负理想解的灰色关联度;最后,确定各方案的相对关联度,并依此对各方案进行排序。通过信息系统评估的代表性实例分析,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。
To solve multi-attribute decision-making problem in which interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number is decision information and attributes weight is unknown,this article proposed a decision-making method based on entropy-based interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and grey correlation analysis(GCA).To achieve a comprehensive consideration of the completely unknown evaluation attribute weight information,First,attributes weight was determined using improved interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy.While effectively reducing the loss of assessment information,and also can truly reflect the wishes of decision makers.And then,grey correlation formula was obtained according to GCA theory.After that,the grey relational degrees between each scheme and positive/negative ideal solution were calculated based on attributes weight.Finally,all schemes were ranked according to calculated grey relational degrees.Through typical case analysis of information system assessment,the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed method was verified in this study.
