摘要
一直以来超定被认为是一项对提高班轮公司收益的关键技术,超定会增加仓位销售收入,降低空仓收入,但也会产生超定成本与增加额外的管理成本,因此超定是否必然优于非超定策略呢?本文在预定仓位假设基础上,采用定量方法,研究并比较分析了超定与非超定条件下集装箱最佳预定量与最大化收益,得到了在一定条件下班轮公司采用超定决策会优于非超定的结论,这对企业增加利润提高竞争力具有一定的指导意义.
Over-order always is considered to be one of the key technology to improve the shipping income,but over-order will incur additional costs,which is necessarily superior to non-over order strategy? On the basis of preorder positions this paper studied and compared the pest pre-order amount and the maximize benefits between the over-order condition with non-over-order condition,we obtained liner companies would adopt over-order decisions which could be better than non-order condition under certain conditions. This has a certain practical significance.
