摘要 设计了一种新型基于余压能驱动的磁力耦合泵设计方案,进行了理论分析和设计计算,开发了一种新型的基于余压能驱动的磁力耦合泵装置,实现了两种流体的能量转化过程中的零泄漏;理论分析和设计计算结果表明:在同一排水量条件下,装置可提升给水的压头随着给水流量的增加而减小,轴流叶轮的转速随着排水管直径的增加逐渐减小;在相同时给水流量情况下,随着排水量的增加,叶轮转速随之增加,当可用排水量增加时,给水获得的压头增加. A new method of magnetic coupling pump based on residual pressure is designed and the theoretical analysis and design calculation are carried out. The magnetic coupling pump device based on residual pressure is developed to achieve zero leakage during the energy conversion of two kinds of fluids. The results show that under the same displacement condition,the pressure head of the feed water is reduced with the increase of the feed water flow rate,the rotation speed of the axial impeller decreases gradually with the increase of the diameter of the drain pipe. In the case of the same water supply flow,the impeller speed increases with the increase of the displacement.When the available drainage increases,the pressure of the feed water supply increases.
