摘要
通过对大航海、大交通与大湾区的关系的分析,从多方位角度充分认识和把握航海、交通与湾区的作用与功能,处理好以分工和专业化为基础的效率与成本的关系,为我国打造粤港澳大湾区发展战略提供新的思路和建议.
The role and function of navigation,traffic and bay area are fully understood and grasped from the multifaceted perspective. The relationship between efficiency and cost based on division of labor and specialization need to deal with. New ideas and Suggestions for China's development strategy of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao are put forward.
