摘要
心理资本作为个体内在积极心理资源,对大学生就业能力起到正向预测作用,心理资本中的自信、乐观、希望和韧性能够促使大学生设立合理的就业目标,增强对求职情境的掌控,有效抵御焦虑反应,尤其在面对就业压力、求职挫折时能够帮助大学生合理归因,保持积极心态和持续的就业动机。大学生就业能力培养应通过全程生涯规划、导师制学习、实践创新、职业体验以及结合就业心理辅导方式开发大学生心理资本,提升综合竞争力。
Psychological capital,as an individual's intrinsic positive psychological resource,plays a positive role in predicting the employability of college students. The self-confidence,optimism,hope and resilience of psychological capital can impel college students to set up reasonable employment goals,enhance the control of job hunting situation,effectively resist anxiety reaction,and help the undergraduates rationally attribution,and maintain a positive attitude and sustainable employment motivation especially in the face of employment pressures and job hunting setbacks. The cultivation of college students' employability should develop the psychological capital of college students and enhance their overall competitiveness through the whole career planning,tutorial system learning,practical innovation,professional experience and the psychological counseling of employment.
