On Lawyers' Participation in the Cultivation of Career-oriented Law Talents

纵观世界两大法系的法学人才培养模式相互借鉴、日趋融合,理论知识与实践技能并重日益受到各国法学教育的肯定。通过借鉴英美法系代表国家法律人才实践能力培养方式,探索强化我国法律人才培养中律师参与的必要性、路径与限度。

Statutes are main source of law in China. Accordingly,the education of law in China,supplemented by case teaching,mainly aims to teach students theories of law and legal provisions,which leads to the situation that Chinese graduates majoring in law are usually lack of ability of practice and it is always difficult for them to find jobs. Throughout the process of reference and integration between two biggest legal systems in the world,theories and practice are gradually attached equal attention by law education of more countries. By drawing lessons from the training methods of legal talents＇ practice ability in Britain,the US,and France,this paper explores the necessity,path and limitation of strengthening lawyers＇ participation in the training of law talents in china.
