摘要
高职校企合作开展顶岗实习是大部分高职院校采取的一种人才培养方式,旨在通过与企业深度合作,资源共享,共同培养出适应市场需求的高端技能型人才。高职院校推行顶岗实习过程中取得一定成效,也暴露出一些问题。本文通过分析目前存在的突出法律问题,并结合国情,提出合理立法建议,以期完善我国校企合作开展顶岗实习的机制。
The post practiceinternship in University-enterprise Cooperation is a way of cultivating talents adopted by most higher vocational colleges. It aims at cultivating high skilled talents who adapt to the market demand through cooperation with enterprises and sharing resources. Some achievements have been achieved in post practice internship in higher vocational colleges,and some problems have also been exposed. By analyzing the existing outstanding legal problems and combining with the national conditions,this paper puts forward reasonable legislative suggestions in order to improve the mechanism of post practiceinternship in university-enterprise cooperation.
