太极拳应用于脑卒中康复治疗的契合性分析

Feasibility Analysis on Applying Taijiquan to Rehabilitation of Stroke

近些年来,太极拳越来越多地被引入到脑卒中康复治疗中,并取得了良好效果。本文从太极拳对脑卒中康复效果的研究进展入手,分析太极拳技法特征与脑卒中康复治疗原理的契合关系。研究发现,太极拳"用意"契合康复训练的"有意注意",太极拳"缠丝劲"契合康复训练的"对角线运动模式",太极拳"立身中正"契合康复训练的"正确立位姿势",太极拳"眼法"契合康复训练的"视觉控制"。提出了针对性、简约性、专业性的处理原则,旨在为太极拳在脑卒中康复治疗中的广泛应用提供理论参考与实践指导。

In recent years, Taijiquan has been increasingly introduced into the rehabilitation of stroke and has achieved good results. Firstly,we start with the research progress of Tai-jiquan on the rehabilitation of stroke. Secondly,we elaborate the fit relationship between the characteristics of Taijiquan and the rehabilitation treatment principle of stroke. The results show：Taijiquan emphasizes the role of awareness which meets the “intentional attention” of rehabilitation training. Taijiquan includes “ wrapping” movements which meets “ diagonal movement pattern” of rehabilitation training. Taijiquan helps exercisers to correct stature. It meets the “correct standing posture” of rehabilitation training. The “ eye methods” of Tai-jiquan fit the “ visual control” of rehabilitation training. At last, we put forward the using principle of Taijiquan. We aim at providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for rehabilitation treatment of stroke and promote it in wider range of rehabilitation.
