摘要
热稳定剂是PVC加工过程中必须添加的一类助剂,以环保型的热稳定剂代替有毒的铅盐类复合热稳定剂已成为PVC加工行业的发展趋势。在环保型的热稳定剂中,含氮有机类热稳定剂引起广泛关注。文中综述了目前国内外关于含氮有机物及其金属配合物型PVC热稳定剂的研究情况。分别从含氮杂环类、酰胺类、席夫碱类、胺类及其他含氮有机物等五个类别,介绍了含氮有机物及其相应的金属配合物作为PVC热稳定剂的性能、特点及作用机理。分析表明含氮有机物的金属配合物的热稳定性能优于单纯的含氮有机物,设计并合成新型的含氮有机物及其金属配合物,探讨此类化合物与其它热稳定剂的协同作用,是此领域今后可能的发展方向。
Thermal stabilizer is one of auxiliary that must be added in the process of PVC.As the favorable substation of poisonous lead salt,eco-friendly thermal stabilizer has become the development trend. Among the eco-friendly thermal stabilizer,nitrogen-containing organic compounds have attracted much attention.This paper summarized the research progress of nitrogen-containing organic compounds and their metal complexes based thermal stabilizers.Herein,these kind of thermal stabilizer was divided into heterocycle,amide,Schiff base,amino and other nitrogen-containing compounds.Moreover,the properties,characteristics and mechanism of these thermal stabilizers were introduced. The results show that the thermal stability of the metal complexes of nitrogen-containing organic compounds is better than that of pure nitrogen-containing organic compounds.The design and synthesis of new nitrogen-containing organic compounds and their metal complexes to explore the synergistic effect of these compounds and other thermal stabilizers is the future development direction of this field.
