论高速公路设计标准规范与建设理念的适应性

随着技术的发展、社会的进步,高速公路建设管理理念正在以前所未有的速度更新,而其建设、设计所依据的标准规范却未及时更新。本文即以实例说明这些不适应处对理念落实的影响。文章以"坚持合理选用技术标准、树立创作设计理念"为出发点,通过对影响高速公路建设的技术标准(包含设计速度、线形指标、路基宽度等的设计规范要求)与实际工程建设理念的适应性分析,探讨高速公路的灵活性设计与理念的适应性。

With the development of technology and the progress of the society,the philosophy of construction andmanagement of highway is updated at an unprecedented rate,but the standard specification of construction and designdoes not update in time. This article illustrates the impact of these unadapted standard specification to implement ideas.“Stick to select appropriate technical standards,set up creative design concept”as the starting point,through theadaptability analysis of highway construction technology standard （including design speed,linear index and roadbedwidth design etc）and the actual engineering construction concept,discusses the flexibility design and adaptability.
