摘要
为了解市民对公共自行车的交通需求,量化居民对现有公共自行车服务设施的满意度,提升公共服务水平,文章以丹阳市公共自行车使用情况为研究对象,采用问卷调查和人工计数的方式统计分析居民对现有公共自行车运营的态度,以及现有运营中存在的问题。总结出丹阳市公共自行车居民使用满意度,并利用因子分析的方法,找出影响因子,结合影响因素剖析解决问题的关键,针对各种影响因素提出发展策略及运营模式方面的建议。
To understand the public transport demand for public bicycles,quantified residents＇ satisfaction with existingpublic bike service facilities and enhance the level of public services. this paper studied the use of public bikes indanyang city,the attitude of residents to the existing public bicycle operation and problems in operation was analyzed bymeans of questionnaire survey and manual counting. Summarized danyang public bicycle residents use satisfaction,andfind out the influence factor by using the method of factor analysis,the combination of factors analysis the key to solvethe problem,put forward suggestions for the development strategy and operation mode according to various factorsaffecting.
