高速公路服务区实现“双提升”的对策建议

The Countermeasures of "Double Promotion" in the Expressway Service Area

高速公路服务区是为高速公路使用者提供服务的必不可少的设施。随着高速公路通车里程的不断增加、客流量的不断增长,必然要求服务区扩大服务项目的种类、增加服务设施等。文章对江苏高速公路服务区的商业开发、社会服务、运营管理等方面存在的一些问题进行了研究,并提出了改进高速公路服务区的服务品质、实现服务区社会效益和经济效益"双提升"的对策建议。

The expressway service area is an indispensable facility for the users of the expressway. The increase of themileage of expressway and passenger traffic request expand the types of services,increase the service facilities and soon.This paper discussed some problems of expressway service area in Jiangsu province ,including businessdevelopment,social services,operation management,and so on.The countermeasures and suggestions were proposed toimprove the service quality and realize the service area social benefit and economic benefit to achieve ＂double increase＂.
