基于岸坡稳定分析的江苏省内河航道保护范围划定研究

Research of Waterway Protection Range Division in Jiangsu Based on Bank Stability Analysis

《航道法》提出了航道保护范围划定的基本原则、主体及批准公布程序,江苏省必须相应地划定省内内河航道的保护范围。通过梳理各类影响因素,针对岸坡稳定性,采用瑞典条分法,选择直立式和半直立式/斜坡式驳岸型式,对江苏省内典型的航道进行了计算和分析,定量确定了这两种驳岸型式在岸坡稳定方面的保护范围,为确实划定江苏省内河航道保护范围提供了参考依据。

Basic principles,subject and approval procedure of the waterway protection range division are proposed in“Waterway Law of the P.R.C.”. The protection range of inland waterway in Jiangsu province has to be accordinglydivided. Through listing factors,against the bank stability,Sweden slice method is adopted to calculate and analyze thetypical waterways in Jiangsu. The protection range of each vertical type and half-vertical/slope type is determined,whichcan provide a reference to the certain range division in Jiangsu Province.
