摘要
九圩港船闸建于1995年,该闸引航道护岸为C10浆灌砌块石墙身加混凝土压顶结构。21年来,引航道护岸经波浪淘蚀,压顶下墙身破损、甚至坍塌。业主单位拟先对上游西侧1 200 m驳岸进行加固,凿除老驳岸顶压、破损石墙、墙前清淤、墙前打PC管桩、加浇水下贴面混凝土和压顶。本文对老驳岸加固时水下贴面混凝土模板安装及水下混凝土浇筑创新工艺进行总结,供同类工程参考。
Jiuwei navigation lock was built in 1995,the structure of the channel revetment was C10 Slurry filling andcoping with concrete block walls. In recent 21 years,the wave erosioned channel revetment,the wall bodyof coping wasdamage,even collapsed under. The owner intended to reinforcement-revetment chiseling old bulkhead top pressure anddamaged walls,dredging before wall,capping PC pile and add water under cover concrete and coping to upper westside,1200 meters. This paper summarized underwater cover template installation and underwater concrete pouringconcrete innovation process during the reinforcement of old revetment ,can be reference for similar projects.
