苏北农村幼儿园教师课程理念与课程实施情况调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 课程是幼儿园教育的核心环节,其实施状况直接反映当地幼儿园教育的质量。本文通过问卷调查苏北五地农村幼儿园教师的课程理念和课程实施情况发现,苏北农村幼儿园教师职业认同感较高,目前师资队伍比较稳定;教师对课程认识较正确,课程理念比较先进等比较乐观的情况。也存着教师理念与实践相脱节,课程实施水平不高;传统的顽固性问题依然掣肘农村幼儿园课程发展等问题。政府应加大教育经费的投入,增加公办幼儿园教师编制数量;教育部门应加大教师的培训力度;地区教研员和城市优质幼儿园可以与农村幼儿园结对帮扶,以提高农村幼儿园课程实施质量。 Curriculum is the core link of kindergarten education, and its implementation directly reflects the quality of local kindergarteneducation. In this paper, we investigate the curriculum concept and curriculum implementation of rural kindergarten teachers in fiveNorthern Jiangsu Province, find that the kindergarten teachers' professional identity is higher, the teachers' team is more stable, the teach-ers' understanding of the curriculum is correct, the curriculum idea is more advanced and so on. At the same time, we also find that theconcept of teachers is divorced from practice, and the level of curriculum implementation is not high; the traditional intractable problemsstill restrict the development of rural kindergarten curriculum. The government should increase educational funding, increase the numberof public kindergarten teacher preparation; education departments should intensify efforts for the training of teachers; quality of kinder-garten teaching and research staff and city area and rural kindergarten twinning, in order to improve the quality of rural kindergarten cur-riculum implementation.
