摘要
在实际工作中,学科编辑必须找准自己的定位,处理好"编辑人"与"学科人"之间的关系。学科编辑应当通过"融入课堂,感知学科教学""投身活动,了解学科动态""主动研修,厚实学科功底"等路径提升学科素养,改进工作效率。
In everyday work, the discipline editors must find their position in life, and properly deal with the relationship between the edi-tors and the teachers. The discipline editors should integrate them into classroom to know the teaching, take part in various activities toknow the academic trends, study by themselves to promote discipline accomplishment, and then to make their work much better.
