全面提升江苏省创新能力的“六大超越”

Enhancing the Innovative Ability of Jiangsu Province Comprehensively with the Thought of 'Six Transcendences'

创新作为五大发展理念中的核心,是引领地区经济发展的第一动力,因此,实施创新驱动战略,全面提升城市创新能力,是实现江苏省经济长期稳定增长的重要保证。文章从以下六大方面明确了江苏省提升创新能力的思路和途径:超越机器大生产时代的工业化思维,树立差异化、个性化的后工业化思维;超越单纯的技术创新思维,树立"三螺旋"的综合创新思维;超越物理空间、实体空间的思维,加快新型知识空间、网络空间等的建设;超越存量经济的发展理念,树立流量经济的发展理念;超越传统线性纵向产业链思维,建立非线性、网络型产业组织新模式;超越单纯的创新要素集聚,加快建立可持续发展的创新生态系统。

As the core of the five major development concepts,innovation is the first impetus for regional economic development.Therefore,to implement innovation-driven strategy and comprehensively enhance urban innovation ability is an important guarantee for achieving long-term and stable economic growth in Jiangsu Province.This article analyzes the approaches to enhance the innovation ability from six aspects as follows.Firstly,we should transcend the industrialized thinking in the era of large machine production and establish differentiated personalized post-industrialized thinking.Secondly,we should transcend simple technical innovation thinking and establish 'Triple Helix' integrated innovation thinking.Thirdly,we should transcend simple thinking limited to physical space and accelerate the construction of knowledge space and cyberspace.Fourthly,we should transcend traditional development idea of 'stock economy' and establish new development idea of 'flow economy'.Fifthly,we should transcend traditional linear vertical industry chain thinking and set up a new model of non-linear horizontal network-based industrial organization.Lastly,we should transcend the simple space gathering of innovation elements and accelerate the establishment of sustainable innovative ecosystems.
