The Realistic Foundation of Network Ethical Criterion and its Route of Realization

"互联网+"时代,网络道德问题正在受到越来越多的关注。作为一种新型道德,网络文化道德规范的现实基础仍是人们共同遵守的社会伦理道德准则,要求自主、开放、多元化,诚信、平等、负责任,爱国、守法、讲正义。当下我国网络道德失范现象时有发生,主要是西方意识形态渗透、个人私利恶性膨胀、网络监督管理缺位、网络道德约束弱化等使然。我们应以网络道德建设为突破口,发挥正面舆论引导作用,促进网络空间法治建设,完善网络德治教育方式,创新网络治理结构模式,提高网络意识形态话语权建设水平,维护我国网络意识形态安全。

In the "Internet Plus" era,network ethics is attracting more and more attention.As a new type of ethics,Network ethics still lays its realistic foundation on social moral standard abided by people.It requires autonomy,openness,diversity,honesty,fairness,responsibility,patriotism,law-abidingness and justice.Currently in China,network anomie occurs from time to time,resulted from ideological infiltration of the western countries,catastrophic swelling of personal interest,lack of network supervision and weakening of network ethic constraints.It is essential to construct network ethics as a breakthrough,by positively guiding public opinion,strengthening network legal construction,enhancing network ethical education,innovating network regulation,upgrading the construction of network ideological discourse power,and maintaining the safety of network ideology of our country.
