企业家精神与中小企业成长的影响机制研究

Entrepreneurial Spirit and its Influence on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

研究企业家精神影响中小企业成长的机制发现,与企业初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期相适应的分别是创业创新型、管理创新型、战略创新型和配置创新型企业家精神。企业家精神与中小企业成长之间存在着相互强化机制、适应机制、分化机制和先导机制,这四种机制导致我国中小企业的发展呈现出多样化的特色。一方面,大部分中小企业都处于初创阶段,而很难进一步发展长大,同时大企业的管理者也很难成为创业创新型企业家;另一方面,少数企业得到了快速成长,在成为大企业的同时,也使得企业家成为杰出的人才。

Based on the adaptability analysis of entrepreneurial spirit and the growth stage of small and medium-sized enterprises,the author systematically probes into the influential mechanism of entrepreneurial spirit on small and medium-sized enterprises.The study reveals that the initial stage,growth stage,maturity and declining period of enterprises corresponds with entrepreneurial innovation type,management innovation type,strategic innovation type and configuration innovation type of entrepreneurial spirit.There lie four mechanisms between entrepreneurial spirit and small and mediumsized enterprises,namely,mutual strengthening mechanism,adaptation mechanism,differentiation mechanism and pilot mechanism,which result in a variety of features in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.On the one hand,most small and medium-sized enterprises are in the initial stage and can hardly break through the bottleneck to grow stronger,and executive officers in large enterprises can barely grow into entrepreneurial innovators.On the other hand,a few enterprises have experienced fast development and grown into large enterprises,and entrepreneurs have become outstanding talents.
