高校专利转移转化与新常态下经济创新驱动发展

Patent Transfer in Colleges and Universities and Innovation-driven Development in the Economic New Normal

当前,中国经济进入"经济新常态",经济创新发展对于技术的需求日益增加,高校作为科学技术产出的重要源泉,如何将高校专利转移转化成为经济创新发展的动力之一是亟待解决的问题。文章基于经济成本收益的角度将高校所属专利进行了分类,并依据不同的分类提出了转移转化的建议,同时提出高质量的专利审查亦为高校所属专利转移转化必不可少的助力之一。

At present,China's economy has entered the "economic new normal",and the demand for technological innovation is increasing.As one of the important sources of science and technology,how to transfer the patents in colleges and universities into economic innovation is one of the urgent problems to be solved.Based on the cost and income analysis,this paper classified the university patents,and puts forward ways to solve the problem according to the different classification.At the same time,high quality patent examination is also indispensable for patent transfer in colleges and universities.
