审稿是高校学术期刊出版中的重要一环,审稿人的学术水平和专业素养更是直接影响期刊稿件质量的关键因素。国内高校学术期刊受固有行政管理制度的约束,激励机制极度欠缺,因而在审稿模式上存在诸多弊端。文章在总结国内高校学术期刊审稿流程现状的基础上,深入探析传统高校学术期刊审稿模式的不足,借鉴国外学术期刊审稿模式中的可取之处,旨在为我国高校学术期刊审稿流程的调整提供行之有效的优化路径。

Paper reviewing is an important link in the publication of academic journals in colleges and universities,and the academic ability and professional qualities of reviewers are key factors influencing the quality of such journals.Due to the confinement caused by existing administrative system and the deficiency of incentive mechanism,there are many defects in the reviewing process.Based on the summarization of existing situations of the reviewing process of academic journals in colleges and universities,this article probes into the defects in the reviewing process of traditional academic journals,and suggests learning after the advantages of the reviewing process of foreign academic journals,so as to propose an effective and optimized path for the reviewing process of academic journals in colleges and universities.
