精准扶贫 建设旅游扶贫示范村的探索与实践——石榴沟村“三步走”打造平山县全域旅游石榴特色乡村

"Three Steps" of Shiliugou village to create characteristic countryside of the whole area pomegranate tourism in Pingshan county

中共中央、国务院作出《关于打赢脱贫攻坚战的决定》,习近平总书记强调中国扶贫攻坚工作实施精准扶贫方略;全域旅游已成为一项国策,是打赢脱贫攻坚战的有力武器。河北工程大学精准扶贫驻平山县营里乡石榴沟村工作组,紧紧把握平山县作为首批"国家全域旅游示范区"创建单位,积极推进"旅游+扶贫开发"的重要机遇,因地制宜、精准施策,创新打造平山县全域旅游石榴特色旅游扶贫示范村,积极探索实践生态保护、旅游扶贫的新路子。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have made the decision on winning the battle against poverty, and general secretary Xi Jinping stressed the implementation of the strategy of poverty alleviation in China＇s poverty alleviation campaign; the whole area tourism has become a national policy and a powerful weapon to win the battle to overcome poverty. The working group of Poverty alleviation in Shiliugou Village, Yingli Town, Pingshan County of Hebei University of Engineering, firmly grasps the Pingshan County as the first national comprehensive tourism demonstration area, and actively promotes the ＂important opportunities” for tourism and poverty alleviation and development. According to local conditions and precise measures and policies, Hebei University of Engineering aims to create innovative global tourism of pomegranate of Pingshan County and the poverty alleviation demonstration village, and actively explores a new way of ecological protection and poverty alleviation by tourism.
