摘要
利用问卷调查和个别深入访谈的形式对成都市特教教师身心健康现状作了调查研究。发现:特教教师身心健康状况均处于较差状态,除了特教教师自身主观原因之外,职业声望不佳、社会支持缺位、主客体关注度失衡以及专业培训短缺是造成特教教师身心压力的主要社会原因。以此引起学界和社会对特教教师身心健康的重视,改善特教教师的身心健康状况。
By using questionnaire and individual interview, this paper makes a research on the physical and mental health status of special education teachers in Chengdu city. The survey finds that the physical and mental health status of special education teachers is in a poor state. In addition to special education teachers' subjective reasons, lack of social support, poor occupation reputation, the attention imbalance of sub-ject and object and the shortage of professional training are the main social causes which have caused the physical and psychological pressure of special education teachers. Hopefully it can attract attention from academia and society to the special education teachers * physical and mental health to improve their physical and mental health status.
