Starting from the two books of archives,The Soul of the Historicism--Western Archives Pillar Theory Development Research and Chinese Archives Philosophy and Model,the article sums up the main contents of the two books and makes further comparative analysis of their similarities and differences in order to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding about the two books of archives.
